📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day
- You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships
🚚 Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
Timelines are estimates from our courier partners and may vary slightly due to weather, regional restrictions, or other conditions beyond our control.
💵 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above the threshold shown at checkout
- A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below that threshold, calculated automatically at checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small additional COD handling fee
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

At this time, we ship only within India. We're working on bringing ATIYYAH gifts to our friends abroad soon — stay tuned!
