At ATIYYAH, every piece is chosen and packed with care because we know it's going to mean something to someone. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without any hassle.

🕒 Our 3-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives so any issue can be reported before the window closes.

✅ Eligible for Return or Refund

  • The product arrived damaged, broken, or defective
  • You received the wrong item, size, or design
  • The item is significantly different from what was shown on the website
  • The packaging was tampered with or opened before delivery

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after 3 days of delivery
  • Products that have been used, installed, hung, or altered in any way
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces (unless defective)
  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

📋 How to Request a Return

  • Email us at asifshiekh705@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 90163 60612 within 3 days of delivery
  • Share your order number, along with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and share the next steps
  • Approved items should be shipped back in their original packaging, unused and undamaged

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer) within 5–7 business days. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original source; for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.

🔁 Exchanges
Prefer a replacement over a refund? Let us know while raising your request, and — subject to stock availability — we'll happily arrange a free exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
